3. Proof of Concept (PoC) Disclaimer

Southern Stock may provide PoC development for startups, enterprises and technology validation purposes. A PoC is designed to validate technical feasibility and does not automatically represent a final production-ready system.

Additional phases, testing, deployment, infrastructure, compliance, security reviews and client approvals may be required before production implementation.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate project information, business requirements, approvals, timelines and reasonable cooperation to ensure successful project delivery.

Delays caused by missing information, late approvals or changing requirements may affect project delivery timelines.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for services will be agreed upon in writing between Southern Stock and the client. Payments may be milestone-based, subscription-based or project-based depending on the engagement.

Southern Stock reserves the right to suspend services where invoices remain unpaid beyond agreed payment periods.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Southern Stock retains ownership of internal frameworks, reusable systems, methodologies, source architecture and proprietary tools used in development.

Ownership transfer of custom-built systems may occur subject to signed agreements and completion of payment obligations.

7. Confidentiality

Southern Stock respects the confidentiality of client information and will take commercially reasonable measures to safeguard proprietary, technical and operational business information.

This includes healthcare, fintech, enterprise systems and cybersecurity-related projects.

8. Cybersecurity Disclaimer

While Southern Stock implements industry-aligned cybersecurity practices, no digital platform or infrastructure can be guaranteed to be completely secure against every cyber threat, vulnerability or malicious attack.

Clients remain responsible for maintaining appropriate internal security practices and operational governance.

9. Limitation of Liability

Southern Stock shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from delays, business interruption, loss of revenue, technical outages or third-party service disruptions.

10. Careers & Employment

Career opportunities displayed on the website do not constitute guaranteed employment. Southern Stock reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw vacancies without notice.

11. Third-Party Services
